Who We Are
As a ministry of Leesburg Community Church, Preschool Learning Center exists to partner with families in and around Leesburg and Loudoun County. PLC is currently celebrating its 13th year in the community.
Our Mission
To offer a developmentally appropriate early childhood program. Our preschool welcomes all children regardless of race, gender, ability, or religious beliefs. It is our sincere desire to strengthen families and to develop the whole child: spiritually, intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially.
